Procurement Coordinator / Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Coordinator / Office Manager to join our team. This position plays a key part in managing our product procurement process and ensuring smooth studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Project Coordination
Quote, order, and track various products, furnishings, and finishes
Obtain Specifications information from vendors
Coordinate Install Days and Photoshoots
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage
Coordinate deliveries with vendors and site teams
Maintain accurate tracking using project management software
Support project scheduling and update timelines as needed
Office & Studio Management
Maintain studio organization and inventory
Oversee and update the sample library
Coordinate and schedule vendor presentations and visit
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a procurement, project coordination, or administrative role (interior design industry preferred)
This is an in-studio position — remote work is not available
Candidates must reside in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Sheets)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with design products and finishes is an asset
Education in accounting, bookkeeping or office administration is an asset
Design background is not required, but a bonus
